Pneumatic Speargun Shafts for Spearfishing, Freediving, and Scuba Diving

Manufactured specifically for speargun Spears/Shafts, the hardened, spring tempered stainless steel 17-4PH offers the best combination of hardness and spring tension while resisting oxidation, with a Rockwell of 44C. These shafts, with a diameter of 9/32" (7.1mm), feature a Rock point on one end and 6mm threads on the other.

The specially manufactured 2 angle cut Speartip "Rockpoint" provides great penetration and stays sharp longer when shot against hard surfaces like rocks and shipwrecks. Each spear includes a stainless steel heavy-duty, thick gauge 3" barb/flopper, a stainless steel slide ring, a stainless steel spring, a plastic line retainer, and a stainless steel threaded butt adapter.

These 7.1mm (9/2") spears can be used on many pneumatic spearguns that come from the factory with an 8mm (5/16") spear. A thinner spear will result in a faster shot and increased accuracy, but it is important to choose the correct end adapter to fit your speargun.

Choose from a variety of end adapters to fit your speargun, keeping in mind that the Mares Cyrano adapter will also work on any other speargun that comes from the factory with a 7mm spear. The adapter can be replaced to use this spear with different brands and models of pneumatic spearguns.
